Welcome to KK Dubey Astrology. By booking a consultation, making a payment, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Services

KK Dubey provides Vedic astrology consultations for guidance and self-reflection. Our services are intended to illuminate possibilities based on the classical Jyotish tradition; they are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to book a consultation.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• After payment, your chart will be evaluated and you will receive an invitation email from the astrologer when your profile is ready.

4. Session Delivery

• Consultations are delivered via chat (Telegram) or talk (Google Meet), based on your selection.
• You are responsible for a stable internet connection and for joining on time using the link provided.
• If the astrologer is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time. One free reschedule is permitted per booking.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the session are eligible for a refund, minus payment processing fees.
• No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. To request a refund, write to krishnakant.dubey@gmail.com with your reference code.

7. Accuracy of Information

The quality of your reading depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide (date, time, and place of birth). We are not liable for readings affected by incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Confidentiality

All conversations are held in strict confidence. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

9. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session, without refund, in cases of abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, and design, is the property of KK Dubey Astrology and may not be reproduced without written permission. Personal notes, charts, and interpretations shared with you are for your personal use only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KK Dubey Astrology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific consultation in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
